INL adds new Electric Field Assisted Sintering Capability

Idaho National Laboratory has recently enhanced its suite of Advanced Electric Field Assisted Sintering (EFAS) Capabilities. This suite now includes a nano-EFAS, two 5-ton systems, a 25-ton system, and the world's largest EFAS (Spark Plasma Sintering) system, purposefully designed for industrial scale-up activities. These are available for collaborative or subcontracted efforts with INL researchers.
